Place of agreement: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan

The Company provides ticket sales through www.arevod.com, and the User agrees to comply with these terms. The ticket purchase is confirmed only after the appropriate payment is verified. The confirmation of payment constitutes the moment the agreement enters into force.

Payments are made only electronically using the available payment methods on the website. Refund terms: - Up to 15 days before the event: 100% refund. - 14–7 days before the event: 50% refund. - Less than 7 days before the event: no refund. To request a refund, an email must be sent to https://arevod.am indicating the order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

The User must: - Provide accurate information, - Follow the website usage rules, - Independently review the event details before making a payment.

The Company bears no responsibility if the event is not held by the Organizer for reasons beyond its control, except for its own organizational obligations.

The User agrees that the data they provide will be used for organizing the event and for communication purposes.

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia: initially by negotiations, and thereafter, if necessary, through the court. All disputes, disagreements, or claims related to the declaration of invalidity shall be settled by the Parties through negotiations. The Party in which such disagreements and/or claims have arisen must send a notice to the other Party at the email address [email protected], specifying the claims and/or disagreements.
